Christina Favuzzi is a seasoned broadcast and multimedia journalist. She quickly climbed the ranks at KSBY-TV, starting as a freelance reporter while she finished college. Within six months of signing on with KSBY full-time, she was named weekend anchor. Less than a year later, Christina was promoted again. She is currently morning anchor of the Central Coast's number one morning show.
Christina realized a dream by starting her career in the area where she grew up and went to college. That hometown perspective plays into her no-nonsense, creative and thoughtful storytelling style.
Christina has worn every hat during her time at KSBY. She's versatile and a quick study of whatever is thrown at her.
In addition to reporting and anchoring, Christina shoots and edits video, produces and anchors weather forecasts, periodically manages the assignment desk and generates a steady stream of social media content on a variety of platforms.
Outside of the newsroom, Christina is constantly engaging with her community. She volunteers her time working with students, offers free media trainings to public agencies and hosts various community functions. Christina's polished and approachable personality makes her a highly sought-after emcee for local events.
She also values her health and the health of others. As a certified fitness instructor, she's learned to use her voice in a different way to encourage and motivate people to be stronger, healthier and happier physically, mentally and spiritually.
Christina and her fiance, Stan, live in San Luis Obispo with their adorably energetic puppy, Reese.

Christina produces a weekly lifestyle segment, "Central Coast Living." Through her popular franchise, she shares stories about the most interesting and beloved people and places on the Central Coast. Christina has profiled the tiny town of Harmony with population 18, featured a 5-year-old girl determined to beat cancer and discovered new ways to explore Central Coast wine country. The stories are endless and Christina loves uncovering new ones to tell.
